Clarence T. Brown is the Founder, President, and CEO of TresC Consulting Services, Inc. For the last 25 years, Clarence has worked to support federal agencies and their programs. This capacity includes higher education, NASA, DOE, DoN, and AFOSR faculty and student workforce development and research programs.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of Claflin College (University) with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In addition to TresC, he is the founder of Pre-College University, Inc, a Virginia based non-profit organization, that provides supplemental education services to high school and college students.
